MOH (Messages On-Hold) are customized messages and music that plays while your callers are hold. Messages can be great for marketing, but also educational, and entertaining.
Playing music from streaming services without the proper license is illegal and you can be fined up to $5000 per infraction for your business or organization. All of our music is fully licensed for broadcast use, so there's no worries using any of the tracks we provide.
Typically, we ask that you keep your message count between 3 and 5. This allows for short breaks between each message so your callers don't feel bombarded.
We've found that 3 minutes is the best average for the length of your production file. If you need a longer file, no worries. Just let us know and we can accomodate.
You are responsible for installing your equipment should you need one. Our support team can help guide you, but on-site technicians are not provided as part of our service.
If using our equipment, we will upload any new changes directly to the player as long as an internet connection is provided. If you're not using our equipment, please let us know. In most cases, we can upload your file to your phone system through your provider.
Equipment is provided to you as part of our service. If replacement is needed, please contact our support team. You'll need to send the old unit back within 30 days or you will be charged a replacement fee of $100.
We don't bother with service contracts so all services provided by M Line Media are paid for in advance. Discontinuing service early simply forfeits any remaining time left in the period.
